Agentic Governance Compare (agenticgovernancecompare.com) is published by Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form.

The site has no user accounts, no payments and no comments. You can read every page and use the readiness score, the shortlist builder and the other comparison tools without giving us any personal data.

• Contact form. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. For copyright notices we also receive the details and signature the notice requires.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to run and secure the site.
• Tool settings. The readiness score and shortlist builder keep your choices in the web address (the query string) so a result can be bookmarked or shared. They do not write to cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.
• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When fonts load, Google receives your IP address and browser details.

The site loads no analytics, advertising or other tracking scripts.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and to answer the messages you send. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
• The provider that delivers contact form messages to us, once the form is connected.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Israel, where we are established, and by providers in other countries. Israel has an adequacy decision from the European Commission. For other transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to handle your request, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

EU and UK. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You can ask to know and delete the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing, which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Israel. You have the rights under the Privacy Protection Law, including reviewing data held about you and asking for it to be corrected or deleted.

To use any of these rights, send the contact form with the topic "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity first.

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
