§ 1Our approach
Agentic Governance Compare respects intellectual property. We respond to notices that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and to equivalent notices under other laws.
§ 2Sending a notice
Use the contact form and choose the topic "Copyright notice". The notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site and its URL.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
§ 3Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you think that was a mistake, send a counter-notification through the same form with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the notice.
We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
§ 4Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
§ 5Repeat infringers and forwarding
The site has no user uploads. If we ever publish contributed material, we will stop accepting material from anyone who repeatedly infringes. We may forward a notice or counter-notification to the party concerned.
